Hi, I’m Janelle Greathouse, a licensed Public Adjuster in Illinois and the Owner & Founder of Greathouse Consulting & Adjusting.

Our firm was founded on a simple principle: doing things the right way, the first time, matters. We provide dependable, straightforward support to homeowners, real estate professionals, and contractors who need clarity, guidance, and a trusted advocate when it matters most.

With over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and operational leadership, I bring high standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting things done right the first time. I am a Program Director for a Roofing and Public Adjuster Exam Prep School in the Chicagoland area, as well as a Public Adjuster Exam Prep Instructor, where I help educate and prepare future professionals while staying closely connected to current industry standards, best practices, and regulatory expectations. I bring this knowledge directly to every client engagement.

I am a former co-host of the radio show Real Estate Revealed out of Will County, where I helped educate homeowners and industry professionals on property, insurance, and real-world issues that impact the claims process. I have also been featured on Good Morning Aurora, Aurora’s number one most-listened-to daily news podcast, sharing insight on property and insurance-related topics affecting local communities.
