Public Adjusting Services (Illinois Only)
What is a public adjuster?
A public adjuster is a licensed professional who represents policyholders in preparing, documenting, and negotiating insurance claims for property damage.
Do you offer public adjusting services outside Illinois?
No. Public adjusting services are offered only within the State of Illinois and only under a written Public Adjuster Contract, as required by the Illinois Public Adjuster Act.
How are public adjuster fees structured?
Public adjusters are typically paid on a contingency fee basis, meaning the fee is a percentage of the insurance settlement obtained on your behalf.

Do you form LLCs and obtain EINs?
Yes. We provide administrative assistance with Illinois LLC formation filings and EIN applications. You remain responsible for all information submitted to the Secretary of State and the IRS.
Do you file applications directly with the State or IRS?
We assist with preparing and submitting applications based on the information you provide. Final approval and processing are handled by the applicable government agency.
Do you help with public adjuster and roofing license renewals?
Yes. We assist Illinois residents with administrative support for public adjuster and roofing license renewals, including document preparation and deadline guidance.

What consulting services do you offer?

What is insurance claim supplementing?
